Every idea is a card. It flows on its own — except at the dams.
Cards drift left to right by themselves. At three columns the river stops and waits for a hand.
Gold = a dam. In Review, Deploy, and any needs human card hold until the gardener says go. Agents never merge. The system does not deploy on its own.

The whole chain runs by itself — until the gold gate. There the flow stops, a human reads the diff and the evidence, and merges. That pause is the heartbeat of the machine.
THREE ORGANS THAT BEAT · EACH ON ITS OWN CADENCE
Manager
Reads what comes in raw and rewrites it to a build-ready standard: desired outcome, context, testable acceptance criteria, executable verification. Classifies, de-duplicates, routes it — ready, needs-spec, or needs-human. It never writes code.
Worker
Claims a ready, low-risk ticket atomically — pulling it from the queue so no one else touches it — and runs a full quality chain to a draft PR. Never merges.
Circulation
Spots what merged but isn’t live yet, moves the card to Deploy, and calls the human. Carved into the code: the system does not deploy on its own.
Deep mind · judgment
The organ of synthesis and discernment — triage, adversarial review, deep discovery. The slow, careful voice.
Fast hands · craft
The organ of quick, sure execution — implementation and light discovery. Two species, one body.
A REPERTOIRE OF ~15 SKILLS · THE WORKER NEVER IMPROVISES
Not one skill — a whole boardroom. Every ticket is reframed through each executive lens before a line is planned, so the machine builds the right thing, not just a thing built right. The founder’s judgment, encoded as a C-suite.
No keyhole views. Before acting, the agent assembles a vast, curated context — the relevant slice of the whole codebase, the domain rules, the history, the prior decisions in the ledger — so every change lands coherent with everything that came before it. This is why the output feels designed, not patched.

Each one deduplicates and adversarially refutes its own findings before proposing anything, with a strict cap per run. No noise reaches the board — only verified work. Scout’s opportunities are always flagged for a human decision.

The organism breathes on a day–night rhythm.
A single worker. It steps lightly so it never competes with the human working live.
Up to three workers in parallel and all five senses awake. While the maker sleeps, the workshop builds.
WHAT THE MACHINE NEVER DECIDES ALONE
The machine does the work.
The human keeps the judgment.
Approve the spec
When a product or design call is open, the machine can’t promote it. The human sets the direction.
Review & merge the PR
The worker always opens a draft. Agents never merge. Only the human merges, after the diff and the evidence.
OK to deploy
It notifies, but never deploys on its own. Without the explicit human OK, nothing reaches production.
One hand on the master switch.
The whole organism is inert until the human turns it on, and any organ can be switched off on its own at any moment. Sovereign by design: its own ground, its own data, its own signature. Nobody rents the soul.
